The Allentown Transportation Center includes a five-tier parking structure with 500 spaces, a 16-berth bus plaza, an indoor transfer center and approximately 5,000 square feet of retail space.  Pennoni Associates, working for TimHaahs Architects, provided civil engineering, boundary and topographic survey, geotechnical engineering, site design services and survey stakeout.  The Allentown Parking Authority and the Lehigh and Northampton Transportation Authority in cooperation with the City of Allentown, County of Lehigh and neighboring business owners were involved in the design process for the multi-modal transportation facility and parking structure in downtown Allentown, PA.
